This statement from the RNS is unambiguous:

"Under the terms of the Executive Service Agreement, George Roach will continue in his role as CEO and director for a further three calendar months with his final day of service being the 31 August 2025 ("Notice Period")."

The big question is, will the BOD approve the repayment of the 7m loan to Mr Roach--more dilution ?

Forgive me, I read over the past days that insider information had surfaced suggesting swingeing financial benefits and technical works were imminent at and for the Zulu mine, and further LOI was to be published regarding Prem's other assets.

This BB has been smothered with pretty pictures of rockets, balloons, and others. The charts have been read, the tea leaves have been read, and investors have ordered expensive cars and ocean-going cruises.

Am I looking at the wrong BB, volume is abysmal, sentiment and lack of confidence have pushed the SP south,no buyers of note, and very few trades.
