I feel that the SP is a little expensive at the moment,a period of silence would be detrimental to share progress but I feel that this will happen.

If someone were to invest £7 million, that would be a different story.

I my mind ,and as inferred by the RNS a further call for cash will be necessary.With Glencore waiving this paper around Canmax MAY allow an EGM.

Money has to come from somewhere, and a lot of it IMO.

CEO has demonstrated that the company has very poor credit ratings so he must come back to shareholders.

If you think he could source funds elsewhere, let me know.

A little hint,don't pay too much attention to the buys as these are often trader-driven,pay particular attention to the large sells this can often tell you more about what is going on .

IMO the next move from CEO will be to call an EGM to raise share ceiling and call for £3/5 million to get the project across the line.

With respect the last RNS did indicate that further funding would be required to get the plant working.

"There has been no material change to the Company's financial position since the announcement on 6 March 2025 and following this Subscription, the Company will continue to require future funding in particular to ensure that the Zulu plant is able to achieve the required grade and tonnage to reach a binding agreement for the future development, meet operating costs of Zulu and settle creditors."

We DON'T have Glencore until Premier can prove Zulu is commercially viable.

Investors should not overlook this:

.." contingent on the Zulu project’s ability to meet specific production grade and volume requirements."

Should the company achieve this, then I can see progress. Until such time, just hot air being blown around.

There will be a share consolidation in time,it is a lengthy and expensive process best undertaken when there is stability at Premier.

Mafs had you posted your comments 6 months down the line then I would be supportive however, I do believe that a lot of water has to travel under the bridge before there can be any chanting of Nirvana.

There will be further cash calls from the company and the plant HAS to work and produce a marketable product.,

Only then will shareholders be enlightened about any agreement. Until such time nothing has changed,the company remains in considerable debt,the plant is not working,the company has no revenue stream.

As usual,, a batch of newbies has appeared giving us their experience of being Prem shareholders for 10 minutes.

They will disappear as did the newbies before them.

Their ignorance of the company is plain to see.

Shall be in the market today however, I do feel that Prem's future cannot be assessed until the plant is running and performing up to expectations. Only then can foundations be laid for progress.

Will George see it through to a satisfactory conclusion?

What annoys me is that the CEO knew jolly well that he was raising funds yet was silent during yesterday's interview.

This "silence" allowed some holders to dispose at a higher price.

I did say he would come back to rob the shareholders, and he will do it again.

Having had my moan,I am happy to see the source of the funding, although the amount is not sufficient for the purpose.

He will return to the market before Zulu is operational.

There is a danger to the SP.If news is not forthcoming on a regular basis and we suffer a "void period" then the market will turn it's back on Prem and the share will slide. The market will demand hard evidence that talks are advancing in a positive way.Examples; 3rd party funding confirmed,the BOD strengthened,CEO not to ask for re-election at AGM,Glencore to offer technical assistance at Zulu mine etc,etc

If the market cannot get a feeling of growing sentiment and confidence it will turn its back on Prem SP.

The long term is currently on the low side.

Yes still trading and picking up some nice profits here and there, with a rise of over 400% during the last month lady luck has been my partner.

When I post I do try and give my balanced view, I am still not convinced about finance and do, in all honesty feel that the company will ask shareholders for more money. I seriously believe that my posts do NOT hold any influence over the SP.

IMO the goose has not yet laid the golden egg.

I can well understand why Canmax has taken a back seat.

The mine at Zulu remains an unknown factor, to date it has failed to produce any retail product, it is well over budget, very poorly managed and has no commercial credibility.

There is a way to go before Zulu can credit Glencore as any form/type of "partner". I think a few are running before the horse.

Have been here before, will clap when I know all the details and the paper has been signed.
