I am looking for early confirmation that Mr Roach will resign as CEO,he may issue a statement that he will not be seeking re-election at the AGM.

I would like to know who is going to replace George,this is important for Zulu.I want someone who has buckets of credibility within the mining industry and can put a good,well respected team together.

First job,reassess the financial needs for Prem,get the creditors paid.

Discuss with Canmax or others a workable financial plan.

Get the plant working and exploit other revenue streams.

Return confidence to the shareholders and market.

Bring in experienced mine management may encourage investors to look again at this elephant.

Zulu really needs a large injection of cash to clear creditors and for working capital.

Long term it will need to ramp up production.

If the ducks fall into line there remains an outside chance but not with Mr Roach.
