I don't think there is much appetite for Prem/Zulu/George Roach, so it will be very difficult to get any placing price for the cash call.

As for a cash "backdrop", garbage.

George must use the credit immediately to pay accumulating creditors and start up Zulu.

It will not take long before the funds run out.

The company requires an injection of around £20 million.
