Looks like we are in for one hell of a company shake-up.

Premier has further agreed terms with Mr. Peter Cunningham ("Mr. Cunningham") for his engagement as an independent consultant to advise the Premier Board. Mr. Cunningham's role will be focused on potential third-party strategic investors to develop Premier existing assets and also to investigate new potential exploration and mining assets for Premier.

Premier has agreed terms with Cambrian Limited whereby Mr. Neil Herbert ("Mr. Herbert") will be engaged as an independent consultant to advise the Premier Board. Mr. Herbert's role will be focused on potential third-party strategic investors and further potential restructuring, all intended to develop Premier existing assets and regenerate shareholder returns.

Mr. Herbert will be a non-executive director. Mr. Herbert currently has 4 million vested options in the Company with the first 2 million being exercisable at 1.15 pence and the second 2 million being exercisable at 1.5 pence. Apart from the above options, Mr. Herbert holds no ordinary shares in the Company.

Is there a clue in the options price ??

Otjozondu Manganese Mining Project

The Otjozundu Manganese Mining Project is located some 150 kilometres north east of Windhoek and is in a well-known and established manganese district that has been largely consolidated under Otjozundu, whose tenements cover an area of approximately 1,367 square kilometres and more than 114 kilometres of strike, of which only 14 kilometres has been explored to the point of declaration of a JORC resource. The area under tenement encloses an historic and successful manganese mining district. Otjozundu operations are continuous from a number of open pits in an owner-miner environment. Processing to the extent necessary is through a crush screen and jig plant. All plant and equipment are owned by Otjozundu. Otjozundu is wholly owned by MNH, which acquired the project from Shaw River Manganese Limited for A$4.952 million in 2018. Otjozundu's current operational profile is as follows:

IMO today's SP didn't reflect all the hype.

donotpanic--surely the "de-rampers" have called this right for the short term.

Rampers said 25-30 PRE EPO RNS
De-rampers said SP would fall --profit takers etc etc
Looking at the current SP ,who has called it correctly [short -term]

Snow--please share "the rumours"--would be appreciated.

If no RNS tomorrow,imo, the demise in the SP value will continue with the increased frustration of company silence,the lack of sentiment and growing doubts about credibility and ability of Prem management.
Investors will continue to "protect capital and gains" and re visit Prem as and when the position has been made clear.

I do not expect RNS's every 5 mins,however as the EPO/JV is of such pivotal importance to the company and shareholders i would expect the CEO to keep ALL shareholders up to date on the current situation.

CF73 -with respect must,imo,disagree with your post.
Cannot envisage EPO--JV--DFS--and completion of disposal all in current year.
We are already nearing the end of October.

CF73--are you expecting Zulu,with EPO,sale for $1.25 billion--.
It reads that you are expecting disposal before DFS ??
Cannot see any company parting with such monies without a favourable DFS report over the total project.
That said--who knows what happens with Prem and this CEO.

I will wave the white flag if you agree.

Hoping for good news and an increase in SP however cannot see the rise sustained.
IMO there will be a news drought after EPO/JV management restructure.
We may remain bullish during Oct however thereafter,if Circum does not deliver in C/y,I envisage a steady decline in SP for November & December.
IMO the most important news,news that will transform or destroy Prem will be the DFS on Zulu including EPO area.

Have been buying on trading account waiting for RNS.
EPO/JV should see one of Prems masterful rises-the rise will be traded.
Will then just monitor progress and basically put Prem to sleep.
Should Cirum IPO come along this year ,which i very much doubt,I will join again for potential divi.
2020,IMO will be a more prosperous year for Prem
