The best prospects for Premier in my view, lie as noted above in any possible future approach from OM.

Circum dividend.
You mention this dividend about 4 times a day.
The dividend is NOT the only option,there are 3 others which includes one that has not even been published yet.
If you are constantly going to ramp Prem at least post the correct information.
Do your own research,stop lifting others work and running with it.

IMO rather disappointing.

In the past months, there is an emerging or should I say re-emerging interest in Rare-earth Oxides, and some other metals associated therewith. Good examples of this include niobium and this combination is reported to occur in the Katete Project ("Katete"). We have retained the core central claims to this and as we progress RHA, it makes sense that we should be looking to re-establish our exploration works at Katete. RHA provides much that exploration projects often lack and through access to primary sample preparation and other support, Katete could be a much more cost-effective exploration project than would normally be expected.

Roach:
As has been reported, Premier recently concluded a share-based loan agreement with MN Holdings Limited ("MNH"), the owner and operator of the Otjozondu Manganese Mine in Namibia ("OM"). This loan is intended to be used to acquire plant and equipment that would see a substantial ramp up of the existing production and revenues of OM. The owners of OM have been absolutely clear that it is their desire to see OM in a public vehicle, and Premier would potentially suit their purpose should they wish to approach us at any stage.



I will in any case encourage closer cooperation between OM and Premier and will report any further developments in this regard.

Rob--in my view we will be looking at an entirely different company.
CEO must take a back seat.

For numerous reasons I am of the opinion that the next RNS will be the most important news this company has published.

mal--First,IMO,i do not think the CEO would be comfortable giving shareholders a large slice of the Circum pot.
.Despite the rhetoric I do feel that Roach looks at shareholders as a small irritation.
Having secured a multi million payout from Circum IPO I do feel that CEO,and the management will ,in all vigour,attempt to persuade the shareholders that it would be in the best interest of company and shareholders if the Circum fund remained "in house"
Enter Cunningham,this gentleman has been retained by Prem to look for acquisitions.
If the presentation was convincing I would opt for item 4--would like to see 3 before putting forward an alternative.

Yep thinking you will be OK.
I think that you have invested in a company which will undertake a massive restructuring programme,a company that will be eager to add to asset portfolio and one that ,at last,will have stable and increasing cash flow.
IMO it will still be a bumpy ride----but profitable.
