Prem is a traders dream,it will give you fantastic rewards in one day and bite your arse the next.
I agree,with all the spin the sp should by now have started to climb in anticipation of the EPO/JV however one must factor in the historical failings of CEO.Posters applaud the work of Tedboy and alike,pages and pages of technical analysis projecting output grades etc--,I don't wish to be disrespectful,but such posts have been put up year in year out.
There was a time a few years ago when Prem almost promised that RHA would be in full production,pages and pages of Tedboy style postings,LTH were "loading up",off-take agreement had been negotiated only waiting for ink to dry--what happened --sweet FA. Investors are wary of CEO so until the RNS lands the SP could go anywhere.
The CEO has caused a lot of anger and mistrust over the years--cannot just wave a flag and forget it.
Roll on new management.

No evidence that there has been any materiel accumulation of shares during trading hours.

mal--yes indeed,I think it would be a brilliant move that i would welcome with open arms.
I would welcome a TOTAL reorganisation of company structure{Newco style} and most important a strong,experienced management TEAM who have foresight and vision.
Mr Roach would have to take a back seat in company management.
I would like to see Dattels involved as I respect this guy.
Prem MUST generate revenue,this has been,historically, the company's downfall .
Have always acknowledged the Prem potential--maybe at last the company can start heading towards puberty.
IMO it will still be a bumpy ride, external factors could effect the economics of Prem--or any other company.
Not running across the meadows with my flake bar just yet.

I can envisage more transactions with Purity Mining which I understand remains in liquidation.
Purity is a "neighbour" to MNH .

The deal,the EPO,has been finalised.
