The CEO of Prem told you about the granting of the EPO prior to the government making the announcement.

It has been brought to my attention by certain shareholders in Premier Africa that your IPO will be completed prior to the year end.Is there any truth in this?
Circum to me:
Circum has made no recent announcement to that effect.

The company has not released ANY information to suggest that IPO will proceed prior to year end.

Have put RHA down for early Summer that said ,expecting some production prior to this.Looking for a sustained revenue stream Summer onwards
Circum-- cannot see it this year but I feel it will come,have put this down to Q2 next year
And yes,will be profit taking on EPO and JV--then putting Prem to sleep for a few months.

Work starts on DFS--12-18 months
No liquidity event from Circum--ie no dividend in current year.
No constant revenue stream fro RHA

Sp should peak on EPO/JV

Thereafter ,in the absence of news Sp will fall back.

NaPom-- your posts seem to suggest that the Circum deal,and dividend is a sure thing for investors.
The message I get from Circum research is not so cut and dry.
I agree with the possibility of a dividend however Circum may take a different route.

As I read the Circum brief the company will decide which action to take prior to the year end,namely a decision to develop or sell.

"In the update, Circum said various parties were in the process of due diligence for a potential sale or development agreement of its Danakil potash project in Ethiopia and that the process was expected to conclude by the end of the year."
So the PROCESS concludes at the end of the year.
Circum then adds

Looking forward, Circum said it was “optimistic” that the positive developments would result in a successful liquidity event for shareholders in due course.

A lot of punters will read your posts and assume the Circum dividend has been agreed and will be payable in CY.

Rob--you announced to the BB yesterday that under todays circumstances you would sell your 80 million Prem shares.
Are you proceeding with this .

No idea where the SP will end today.
Think the sell off has peaked[imo] and that traders will sniff the opportunity for a quick profit.
Will wait a while before making decision.
