2857mal--you should be aware that the BCN DFS for Sonora started March 16--completed Dec 2017.

Was asking--how long DFS for Zulu.

My thoughts--to DFS a mine the size of Birmingham --18-20 months.

So guys--how long to do the DFS.

Next RNS--if we get "the double" the SP will rise and rise well.
It will draw further attention from traders who will milk the gains as and when.
Then there will be a lengthy period to DFS.
During this "stagnant " period the sp will lose favour and drop.
Circum MAY do something in CY,there again it may not.This wind fall has been coming every year.
If the vote is for a dividend then some movement in sp,however what happens once the dividend has been paid ?
So in the New Year Prem will have utilised Circum funds and we will still be waiting for DFS.
IMO ,you can discount any contribution from RHA for say the first 6 months.

What is your view on a separate listing for Zulu.
Roach was very,very keen on this a few months ago.
It would be an opportunity for the directors to take the cream whilst leaving the shareholders to "eat cake"

Q--so we get the RNS with EPO and JV agreement.
The SP should rise on news and certainly Traders will contribute to the frenzy.
Then what--it takes a considerable amount of time to produce a full DFS.
Will the SP continue to rise,will it stabilise or will it gradually fall.
I would welcome your views .

Future--my ref to formalities after EPO was reference to signing a formal JV agreement.

Future-- the question was about the requirement of a formal JV agreement before the EPO.
That is why I said No.
I of course appreciate that your listed aspects have been considered by the government and credibility examined.
The CEO of Prem knows who he favours for the JV and this party was probably involved in EPO negotiations.
The formal JV may come with EPO--who knows.

Formalities after EPO signed.

RB--we do not need any formal JV agreement prior the granting of EPO.
However,the government must be satisfied that the applicant is credible in many aspects.
