Over the past few years, Premier has considered a number of options for developing the intrinsic underlying value of its projects, while at the same time dealing with the fact that development of exploration and mining interests has a substantial cost. While Premier's shares have been actively traded and it is a very liquid stock, the Company's share price has continuously suffered and the underlying intrinsic value of Premier's assets has been eroded. In this context, Premier has previously considered a spin-out of some or all of its exploration and development projects and the introduction of new operating management.

I think you have the correct attitude towards Prem.
I will also applaud when RHA is making a profitable contribution to the company.
I will also applaud when a Zulu JV is signed and the agreement is NOT detrimental to shareholders.
I will also applaud when the exploitation of Zulu is operational and that CEO has NOT taken Zulu into private hands.
I will also applaud when Circum wind fall is used to advance Prem and shareholder value.
This company has potential and until such time that is where it remains POTENTIAL.

Your post is good,covers some valid points.
I just wonder how you feel about your 2018 posts when you were prompting new investors to buy at much,much higher SP levels.
Anyone who took up your advice is still stuck with a thumping loss.

I also agree with "in house " finance.
There is still a long,long journey in-front of Prem and the company will need all the finance it can raise.
Prem has to repay $320,000 by January 2020--RHA will not be a revenue source by that date.
Poor cash flow is the demise of numerous enerprises.
Use Circum pot wisely.

Zulu lithium is a large and high-quality asset and the current deposit is fundamentally sound, however the project requires the granting of the EPO to attract funding for the next phase of development.



The best prospects for Premier in my view, lie as noted above in any possible future approach from OM.

I will in any case encourage closer cooperation between OM and Premier and will report any further developments in this regard.

We have invested 1 million $ into OM.

. As and when the board appointments are made, Premier should find itself closer to MNH and will be in a better position to fully assess the basis of any future cooperation. Any other arrangements or proposals with MNH at the time of the loan may well have resulted in a potential subsequent reverse transaction that, without publication of an admission document, could have led to a suspension of the Company's shares from trading, resulting in an inability of MNH to trade-out the shares constituting the loan and the inability of Premier to continue to fund its own operations.

MNH is profitable now. Repayment of the loan could potentially fund Premier's Zimbabwean operations just as this is needed. And a reconstituted board will be able to consider and agree the way ahead as much for our cooperation with MNH as for our Zimbabwe-based operations.
