Very, very impressed that Prem has the ability to prepare accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019. This is just another example of sloppy management and administration. Dread to think of what happens on a daily basis within the company. Poor reflection on a poorly run company.
rand--please look again at the share price and understand that most investors have lost,be it on paper,a considerable amount of money.Understand that Prem investors have had years of false hopes cascaded from the BOD. Understand that various posters have mustered up false hopes of recovery and the innocent and ill informed have followed the piper. And now you question why investors vent their anger and frustration on this BB.
we always have the club members working flatout for the benefit of shareholders.Lines of communication open between members and BOD. Remember the serious long term holders are sweeping up shares at this low level. Sleeping easy--all under control.
Well that has bought the traders out. Nothing of substance in RNS-- I just don't believe a word that comes from Napoleon. Trying to lift SP to implement a dilution.
Where have they gone. A few weeks ago they were all over the BB with predictions, business economics projections,4 page reports, bullish comments and suggesting a "strong buy". Surely the sulking period is over or have they joined the "Phoenix Group" --you know, those SERIOUS investors who hold billions of Prem shares--those who gloated at buying another 50 million before lunch at 50--certain double bagger. Funny world.
I wouldn't be concerned about any favouritism being shown towards the group.Their share price is the same as ours and it is illegal to obtain inside information. They "The Group" cannot gain any advantage over any other investor--it's all ego driven
Napoleon will retire with nice pension,Dattels will take over Prem and reap the rewards of RHA and Zulu developments. This is the master plan. Smell the coffee guys--we,shareholders,have lost this one big time.
Smacks of TCT--remember that one.Cash was going to pour into Prem. Napoleon just lined his pockets. CEO knows full well what he is doing--it DOES NOT include benefits to shareholders.
Smiley--agreed chippyjo. Look at how many regular posters followed him--washed his feet. Pity those who got sucked in by him and the regular ramp crowd.
