Will it remain profitable to 30/06/2020
Will MNH still be in a position to pay Prem considerable sums in dividends from the June 2020 accounts.
How is the virus effecting current mining activity.
IMO all reasonable questions.

matt--not at all,just a little concerned at the lack of financial data from MNH,you may be happy to blindly invest $ 700,000 into a company that is silent about it's performance--I would rather have some more information.

fish--private or not the company will still be legally bound to produce annual accounts even if this is just to disclose profits for the inland revenue.

Surely Prem is not asking shareholders for another $700,000 without giving holders the opportunity to examine the last accounts of the company we are investing in.

Let's review this again in in 6-9 months time,so many variables to consider,

Novykluk-well it all depends on the world economy.If ,as many suggest,we are heading into a very serious global recession then we could be facing an over supply of ore which would result in a downturn in ore prices.
Should this occur the MNH business economics projections go out of the window
What I would like to know from the company accountant is his calculations for "break even",how low can the price go and what output before profit turns into loss.
This virus will have cost MNH dearly and will continue to do so as production is effected.
Prem is treating this as a copper bottom investment,I have some reservations short/medium term

For those of you who have been cheering about the swingeing rise in manganese ore prices and the benefit to Prem via MNH may I point out that the rise is attached to the former lockdown of African mines.Once the status quo returns the market will adjust the price--basically supply and demand.
For those who have a daily chat with George can you ascertain the virus cost of total shutdown at MNH and obtain revised output figures.

Novykluk--my position regarding MNH is broadly similar to yours,I can follow the merit of the acquisition .
What looks good on paper does not always translate to the accounts.
You will of course be aware that the government suspended all mining between 28 March to 4 May 2020 and current mining operations are being subjected to very strict welfare regulations.
I am of the opinion that the "virus effect" could have a detrimental effect on proposed output and profitability at MNH just at the time when Prem will be requesting cash input.
As for Herbert and others,view the names,Herbert,Datells,Roach as members of a club that has one interest-themselves.
