The consideration shares will be issued at the higher of the closing share price of the Company prior to the date of announcement of this Agreement or the closing share price of the Company on the day that shareholder approval is obtained to enter into the Agreement ("Consideration Shares"). The Consideration Shares will be subject to orderly market requirements and any sale will be managed by Premier's broker .Of the opinion that this is a manipulated rise . Feel that the rise is being orchestrated for the forthcoming shareholders meeting.
The Future11 Dec 2019 11:09 This is how i see it,all of course IMO. RHA-delays in reaching full production. Not expecting any meaningful contributions until Q2 next year. Have we a valid sign off agreement ? Can envisage the government entering into a deal over RHA whereby Prem is returned 51% interest and all debts cleared. Circum- we may still get "a brief" on current position but nothing of substance until next year. I am still convinced that CEO will allocate Circum money prior to any future shareholders vote--no dividend. What is the sense of paying a dividend and then announcing further dilutions. Zulu--agree with many that the final act for EPO will possibly be in new year. Expecting a large "kick back" to the government. Interested about this source of funding to immediately progress Zulu. Still consider "Newco" as a valid option.
Well Hammered I do remember you saying that all would be well by Xmas. What did you spend your Circum dividend on. I think you will find that so far I am spot on with Prem.
