Ray-mondo--with the greatest respect know your subject before insulting people.
Back in January I question the liquidity of Prem,I suggested that the company would be running out of funds and that CEO would have to raise cash and that as he maxed out the shares he would probably use his trust.
Napom came back at me saying I was talking rubbish ,RHA was to start selling tailings to generate revenue and this income would meet ongoing commitments.
I was just reminding Napom that he was wrong,again.

Also--how much revenue did RHA receive from selling the tailings--your many posts on this.

Napom--so according to your twitter report we are currently at 10,000 per month looking to double production{20000] soon.

Have you not heard,world having a little trouble with a virus at the moment.
It will not be such an easy path as you suggest.

1 tonne of manganese ore produces 34 dmtu (at 34% grade) x $6 = $204 per tonne. Currently producing 10,000 tonnes per month to give revenue of $2,04mil per month. Been told there is capacity to double production in a few months. #PREM will be revenue producing in June.
So this is basically a load of bull.

Snowking--if the CEO is unable to divulge details of Circum how are you getting information about Stephen Dattels and that the news will be "good".
In these troubled times I can only envisage that the new management will pull the plug on any early IPO.
Would you really offer an IPO on the eve of a global economic recession.

Snowking-- the shareholders have certainly had bad times.
I know the vote will be carried,however,as a protest I shall vote against.
It is not that i am against the MNH deal is is moreover the lack of respect for shareholders.This a" lazy " approach by Prem,almost taking it for granted that shareholders will agree to ANY proposals.
I would like to see the vote rejected-and Prem told that there is insufficient financial data to make a sound judgement.Telling Prem to go back and work on it --then return.

I have reservations about production and profitability .
Anyway--the object is to ensure that shareholders believe the spin and vote for the uplift which they will.

Anybody---where in any RNS is it posted that Prem has made a 10m offer for MNH.

Snowking--how do we know that production is 6000 per month ?
Who has valued MNH at $10milion--there are no accounts.
Managense prices will start to fall as the effect of lock-down is overcome.
Most miners are reducing production and making contingency plans for the forthcoming world recession.
How will CEO raise the funds to purchase MNH?

So can I just clarify,Napom on twitter has been posting that MNH is already mining 10,000 per month,his pals on twitter have been calculating that MNH revenue will exceed Namibia GDP.
Now apparently George is saying that MNH will quickly ramp up production to 10,000 per month,currently only doing 5000 per month.
Oh to find the truth.
Still no accounts,profit forecasts--and you want $700,000.
