A little clarification regarding my "no" vote.
It is important to note that I an NOT against the acquisition of MNH.
My "NO" vote comes with the instructions to the board that there is insufficient financial data for me to make an informed decision.
It is my opinion that the Board is taking shareholders for granted and has put in very little work to "sell" the $700.000 limit.
My vote will be "NO" ,the board should go back,do the work,present the business economics and then call another meeting.
As regards Circum--everyone is jumping around saying that great news is imminent,surely if the news is excellent it would certainly help to have the details prior to shareholders meeting.
I am still of the opinion that Circum will defer IPO,CEO will have to use surplus shares to clear debts.
Willing to say that this will not be the last placing this year.

Sorry to say this but in my opinion the whole lot stinks.
I shall vote against however the proposal will be passed.

A lot of valid questions raised this morning.

Every trick in the book will now be applied to get the SP UP before the SGM.
Expecting RNS with more carrot dangling.
Why not defer the SGM until AFTER the Circum news.

NaPom yes let's be clear about the RNS.
The company have made no reference whatsoever about increasing production.

The first quarter ended 31/03--no details of any dividend payments.
If NMH had paid a dividend Roach would have put out an RNS within days.
Did you base your ramping campaign on twitter based upon the Feb RNS.

According to MNH and Roach,on 12 Feb 2020 the company was exporting 10,000 per month.
No dividend paid for first 1/4.

Share cap raise in an egm...holders will vote against it. He knows this.

Should not the company inform shareholders about dividends,about amounts payable or not payable.?
We are shareholders in MNH surely we have some LEGAL entitlement to company finances.

I doubt there will be any dividend for 1/4 ended 30/06/2020.

Napom--why would company wish to build up cash reserve.
According to your twitter account MNH is currently generating over $2million per month and working rapidly towards doubling production.
Are you now saying that the company is facing a crisis ??

Napom-- Prem took 10% shareholding during December 2019.
Assuming 1/4 ended 31/03/2020 just asking for the amount of dividend MNH paid Prem.
Not asking anything about the 7%--dividend paid on the 10% held from December.

MNH has further confirmed their existing dividend policy is to distribute cash surpluses after provisions for tax, royalties, expansion and appropriate reserves on a quarterly basis.

So how much did we get --can any ramper give me a figure--Napom running away from this.

Down nearly 17%--held up better than expected.
