Are you asking about a trading opportunity or mid/long term investment.
Would I recommend Prem as an investment purchase AT THE MOMENT-no I would not.
Would review again in 6 to 12 months time.

As I trade Prem shares the amount I hold at any given time can and does vary wildly.
Sometimes I hold very little other time I load the stock up in anticipation of the stock moving.

Unless sp is at multiples of what it currently is, LTHs will vote against a share ceiling raise. Prem is now revenue producing via the manganese asset plus rha revenue in a dew months meansworking capital is covered for 2020.

Sp has fallen since mid May,12.5

There is a distinct difference between the vote and SP movement.
As one poster remarked,it was already a done deal so the majority just followed the crowd and voted "yes"
What I am saying is that if the true investors really believed in Prem,had full confidence in the deal and held respect for management the SP would be 50-75 % higher.
This did not happen.

The CEO wanted a higher price for the SGM resolution---now has to issue many more shares.
Why did investors not buy into the raising of the share limit ?
As you say,let's see what happens in June,the same that was going to happen in November,December,January,February,March,April and May.

Always said the company assets have potential,just poor management,poor PR and very little control of finances.
Has led the shareholders up the garden path for many years with the promise of "jam tomorrow"
Do not believe a word he says.

I must confess to being a little surprised a the lack of movement in the SP this week.
At this price CEO will have to issue an awful lot of shares to raise the required $700.000,more than he anticipated IMO.
However,he will get the required "green light" to proceed.
What happens next--very interesting .
