Always my view that Circum would not IPO this year.

Looks like the ramping set have gone away to sulk.
All dreams of a Circum dividend this year totally shattered.
Envisage severe cash flow problems for Prem later in the year,more dilution of shares.
As others have said--getting messy.

I very much doubt Circum will IPO in 2021.
