Market & price developments
Battery-grade lithium carbonate price cif China, Japan and Korea widened upward.
Lithium prices in China steady following Labor Day holiday.
Europe/US lithium hydroxide prices rose for both battery-grade and technical grade material.

Watcher 36--it is very apparent that you are new to Prem.

The power of the shareholders vote is held within a small group of investors who dominate the holding,it is these few who say yes or no to the continuation of Mr Roach as CEO..they will back him without question.

So..the choice is not with the ordinary shareholder as you suggest.

Snowking..the CEO has a lot to make good.
You say he delivered EPO.. so did 40 other companies in Zimbabwe.
His track record is not good,he has wasted a lot of shareholders money and still not produced any revenue for Premier Africa Minerals.
IMO he is about 4 years too late at Zulu .Prem should do well with the lithium but not great.
I am still of the opinion that by the time the mine comes into production technology will have moved forward..yes there will still be a demand for lithium but not at the level often put forward and not from a mine in Zimbabwe.
The investment money is gradually moving elsewhere.

I think the poorest video ever made by CEO is the one made a few months ago when he was begging for Chinese investment,
it was very embarrassing to watch.

Company policy towards MNH and outcome of audit report.
Posting terms and conditions associated with the granting of the EPO and company modus operandi
A full and clear report on the financing of Zulu.
Company policy on the "other assets" recently acquired by Prem,development programme investment etc.

Until all is put into the public domain I cannot see any materiel long lasting sp gain.
