I think now is the time that George posted the RNS outlining his plans,asset updates and an overall corporate strategy for future.
The shareholders have agreed to allow CEO a further 5 billion shares..does anyone know what he proposes to do with the uplift and over what period.
I don't think money will "pour in" until shareholders and investors have a VERY CLEAR understanding as to the modus operandi.
CEO must demonstrate that Premier is being "managed" ,over the years I have felt that he opens one toy box and plays with it for a few months then moves onto another then another.
Shareholders are still waiting for countless updates and information.
It is a common trace of Roach..get the money then ignore the shareholders especially the ones outside the "Pandora Group"
For the SP to make ground and undergo a consistent re-rate CEO has to demonstrate leadership
.There is at present a lack of confidence in Prem which does not bode well for sustained SP growth.
It is currently a traders share and will remain so until the company is open with shareholders.
Play the game George..keep the shareholders informed.

According to figures computed by the "Pandora Group" the ZULU mine ,when operational,will be returning 20 million net profit per week.
Letting CEO " Get on with it" is costing the company millions.

Why delays now ?
CEO always told share holders that the granting of the EPO could have come anytime over the past 12 months..it was only a matter of procedure.
The BOD should have got all the finance sorted months ago along with the logistics and geographical problems.
The company should have sorted all this out ,we should not be facing delays at this juncture.

Steward1..i really believe that the Zulu/EPO work has not been costed.
I think CEO has just B/F the 2018 figure of $5.1 and is running with that.
The final DFS bill [IMO] will be considerable higher and the programme will require a much longer time frame than suggested.
I am finding it difficult to find any news that will stimulate the SP prior to dilution measures .

Shareholder 19 Snowking would have voted for the resolutions and the remainder of the "Pandora Group" would have followed the piper.
So we are going to get another 5 billion shares.
