Snowking--a very rosy outlook which,if it happens, will certainly afford me some trading profits.

Is there any further information about RHA ownership,as I understand it we remain the minority shareholder.
Is CEO still actively pursuing the government for the considerable amount of money owed to Premier.
Surely such matters need resolving before any 3rd party stumps up 1.6 for development costs.
I read somewhere that Prem was prepared to underwrite the 3rd party costs .

Silly season again with Circum,should matters proceed and we benefit from a payout I presume the pot will be used for the betterment of Prem Africa rather than giving it to the " Audi boys". It would be ironic to pay ANY dividend after asking for 5 billion shares.

Have a healthy trading pot in need of action--hope this time you have called it right.

The question is ...how many chances do we give CEO and at what cost.

Do we really need to raise the share ceiling to finance day-to day company expenses,is there no financial model.

We have spent over $20m on RHA without any commercial return
We lost on the stupid timber/limestone venture
We have yet to see ANY financial benefit out of MNH
We have other assets that have been dormant for years
Zulu is years behind the curve

And now the CEO can walk on water

Snowking--come on don't start with the "Pandora Group" attitude.
All your predictions have missed the mark...30 by the end of May,drilling will start prior to AGM.
Has drilling started...NO.
What makes you think that the forthcoming news will be acceptable to shareholders.
This episode reminds me of the part acquisition of MNH ,this BB was full of computations attached to 20t per month output and the swelling bank account at Prem as the money poured in.It was identical rhetoric " We are rich--can you not see it"
Zulu will happen,we will get a DFS however it will run over the budget,it will encounter further costly delays and outside factors will/could influence outcome.
Stop running across the flower meadow with your flake bar--this is Prem,it is a traders share and will contiue to be so during the DFS drilling reports.

Makes one think:

According to the rules surrounding an EPO application a company has to demonstrate that it has financial reserves to explore the area within the EPO.

Prem...ha! ha!

We are now running seriously behind schedule and facing further delays down the road.

All this infrastructure and finance should have been settled months ago;we should be drilling NOW.

We will run into the rain season with the job half done.

This is costing Prem millions.

Following a strategic portfolio review, the Board of IronRidge Resources Limited (AIM: IRR, "IronRidge" or the "Company"), has concluded that the Cape Coast Lithium Portfolio is materially undervalued in IronRidge's current structure and requires a distinct, separate focus to release its true value.

Before you all start shouting about the relevance of this please note that Herbert is a director of both IRR and Prem.
Despite Snowking telling us that a Zulu split is no longer discussed I still have my doubts.
