Think the drop is a little overdone ,expecting some adjustment to the SP.
This is going to be a very difficult time for Prem,the company has to somehow bring confidence back to the shareholders.
Shareholders want to know where the money is coming from ... details not available until AGM,this does not help.

We will not know the economics of the site until all the DFS work has been finalised.

A lot of people have been sitting on paper profits and much reduced losses, I don't think it is right to call these people "idiots" because they have "cashed in".In many ways these people are the wise ones. Wait until the real selling starts.
