Chuggley--what is the reasoning behind all the questions and how does it effect the SP of Prem.

Premier African Minerals (LN:PREM) experienced some board movement this week, with non-executive director John Ian Stalker resigning and head of exploration and chief geologist Wolfgang Hampel being appointed in his place.

Do your research,Roach want "in" at MNH.
On this occasion I tend to agree with him.
Napoleon will not be bothered about shareholders.

Snowking--great prices,this will certainly get every lithium miner in the world to re-assess the viability of mining lithium.
So many of the adult players have already taken the covers off and increased production.
The fear amongst the world elite is/was will the miners be able to up production to meet future demand.
As Fastmarkets reported--lithium demand will be matched by supply up to 2025,thereafter the increased demand must be satisfied by new lithium coming to the market.
The academics do suggest the worst scenario being a small gap occurring between demand and supply;this being until new lithium finds its way to market.
There will be a jump in EV sales that is for sure however the future batteries will require less lithium,geopolitics will kick in,technology will come to the fore and,IMO, the biggest issue will be pressure from environmental groups.

The is an investment return from Prem,that is not in doubt.
Me--keeping feet firmly on the ground,world events could knock all predictions sideways--AND the bubble will burst.

nookie--the sp nearly always goes up on a Friday.
We are due an RNS,the sp will rise into the issue of the news.
The SP,after the rise,is standing at 0.19--are you happy with that ?
We have been granted an EPO,we are told the company has no debts,we have made available to Prem finance to proceed with the DFS,price of our mineral at Zulu is at an all time high--good god man--the SP should be over 0.75 and rising

Robrob99--I am sure many could do the same,and maybe better,given the fact that shareholders have given him an open cheque book to play with.
He spent $20m at the other hole in the ground.

Circum--sell shares after publication of DFS.
Use money to secure DFS on Zulu and to finance extensive exploratory work over the EPO region.
DO NOT offer shareholders a vote on Circum sale proceeds.
ZULU-- push ahead with DFS,upon completion sell the entire complex.
MNH-- purchase control of MNH and proceed to put down the necessary improvements in both plant etc and management.
Get MNH up and ready for when the mineral price starts to move.
RHA-tell the government that you wish to re-claim the 51% shareholding and you want $3/4 million capital payment.
In return you will waiver all government debt.
Use capital to open RHA .
Develop other lithium interests with the funds available and have a closer look at the REE project.
Continue to keep options open on acquisition of other business.
Don't dither,get the job done.
