@ Alert RNS-I fail to see why you are getting so aggressive .
One or two of us have just pick up on anomalies in the past RNS and were posting our thoughts on the matter.
As I understood it the samples would be tested at our own lab,the results would be available to shareholders however there would be a proviso that that the published results required external verification
So what on earth is going on ??
So many contradictory stories coming out of this,where is the truth and where is the fiction

Am I read the current situation correctly:
A friend of CEO has introduced him to a lab
George has sent this lab 159 samples
Until the samples are return the Zulu lab is out of commission due to accuracy of results [calibration]
The 159 samples are expected back this week[Snowking]

Please correct me if I am wrong on my interpretation

Bick--do you remember the pages and pages of calculations of returned investment from MNH.
This flood of money coming back to Prem was going to finance the Zulu DFS.
If you dare challenge the computations you were severely chastised by the appointed piers.

Now CEO appears to contradict this statement .

Does he have the ability to drive Zulu ,to reach maximum commercialisation.
Imo,and not being ageist,there is an awful lot going on ,younger blood needed .

Premier further agreed to increase the Initial Amount by US$180,000 ('Extension Amount') thereby increasing the total loan amount to US$440,000. Premier further agreed that the repayment term of the Initial Amount will only commence on the first shipment of manganese following the signing of a new off-take agreement.

The parties have further agreed that the Extension Amount will be immediately repayable on the signing of the new offtake agreement from proceeds from the new off-take agreement.

IMO there is ONLY one event that will result in a significant re-rate and that is the CEO taking retirement.
The market has been aware for many months that Zulu is very rich in lithium,that we have the EPO and according to Snowking DFS is on schedule and within budget.
Xmas is approaching so Circum comes out to play,we may get excellent DFS results ,however under the current situation will there be an equity event ,will CEO be able to cash in Circum.
As I have said on numerous occasions the road to riches will not be easy,investors should make a few bob.

Welshy69--I think you got the wrong end of the stick regarding the "99" call.

The reference was covering the fact that suddenly the lse BB was "invaded" by Pandora group members and posts tell us mortels that we had got it all wrong . Someone in the group must have shouted "99" ,the pack descended .
All disappeared now.

Warning--do not buy first thing as you will be vulnerable ,those pesky traders will be stripping profits.
IMO wait until 10.30-11.00am when the sp has settled,then pick up,if possible ,on the occasional dip.

Snowking--calm down.
In the RNS announcing the granting of the EPO the CEO of Prem stated that the EPO had been granted for 3 years and would expire on 11/03/2024.
Time limits Snowking,time limits.
I have been awaiting the promised publication of the "Terms and Conditions" relating to the EPO--still not forthcoming.
You must appreciate that not all shareholders are privy to "pillow talk",it would be very helpful if the company would officially share all this information you accumulated. You appear very knowledgeable about time scales,company finances ,budgets and company future plans--maybe you could ask ceo to share this information with the other share holders.
The negative angle is just a lack of confidence in management,all this is a copy and paste from other ventures.
This time the company has to get results.
