Pity really because as a new investor he was showing some interesting input.

Good posts guys--pleasure to "discuss" the matter at hand rather than childish name calling that some adopt.

If I could be sure that Prem would sell Zulu after DFS is reported I would still like to retain 100%
How to finance MNH,I would;
A] mortgage the Circum holding
B} Have a loan agreement with the Roach Trust
C} Obtain a loan using Zulu as collateral.
In my mind this is why,at a very early stage,CEO has brought in the valuers.
Must admit to not being an expert on corporate finance.

I disagree,MNH offers an opportunity to acquire a mine at a very reasonable price.
A mine that has valuable minerals,a rising market and has the potential to offer a good return on investment.
I see value in buying MNH.

Shareholders had the chance to voice dissatisfaction when the company called the EGM.
The company wanted support for funding--shareholders should have put down very clear conditions before agreeing to the call for cash.
Shareholders had CEO by the balls--but nothing was done.
No use calling him names now-- you missed the chance.

IMO it would be a good move if Prem could take control of MNH during this financial year.
What happens after the 8th of November should give some indication of intent.
The price of the mineral is on the floor,it is cheap,very cheap
The"suits" are predicting a surge in the price over coming years.
Prem has already helped updating plant and machinery and transport of ore has been improved.
I think MNH,at this level ,is a steal.

Edgy007--according to today's press Musk is quoted as saying that the order has not been finalised nor signed off.

Musk has numerous lithium agreements ,he is now looking to the USA to provide further supplies.

He has put on record that he would not invest in Africa.

johnnpc-the reason I stick with lse BB is ,IMO,the only BB where the fuller picture is discussed,that you can express displeasure and annoyance with the company.
There will be times where there are differences,take current discussion,I am not against the acquisition of MNH,many are.
Quotes like "utter crap" are silly as is the instruction that only positive posts will be accepted.
Been here a lot,lot longer than most posters,lse is balanced and posters are knowledgeable.
IMO there is no better place to discuss the good and bad about the company.

DRWHO 319-if you take the trouble to look into the distribution of the available shares you will note that "The Group of 65" hold a very clear majority.
This group supports George Roach.
