I do not make up statements--if you wish more information about the "dumping" of lithium I can supply the papers { actually a concern of the worlds largest battery maker for EVs]

Well I am here to make money.
Yes I trade Prem shares,far above the 10% margin you refer to.
Everything is not bad,as stated many times,the asset at Zulu is good and shareholders should make a few bob from investment.
It is not going to be an easy path to riches,once in a while take off your rose tinted glasses and look around--many players involved in Zulu lithium.

The President will tell CEO what is to happen at Zulu and George will obey.

Only the Chinese will be allowed access to Zimb lithium--and they will get it on the cheap.

The industry reports that up to 2025 lithium demand will be matched by lithium supply.

After 2025 there is the potential that lithium demand will exceed supply however , the general consensus is that new production of lithium will ,by and large, keep pace with requirements/

There is a serious concern that increased production will be "dumped "on the market causing problems with prices .

The EV has larger problems with the supply of other battery metals which may slow the transfer to E Vs

Lithium has no place in heavy transport.

Snowking--according to your interpretation of events the company is doing jolly well on all fronts.
You say that apart from your group investors are ignorant about Prem and that the market has ignored the progress.
Perhaps the market does not share your confidence .
You can pump this stock all you wish however it is the market that dictates how much profit you make,it is the market that will reflect any growing confidence and it is the market that will judge any sentiment towards Prem.
The market is not bother how many shares you own.

In my opinion the DFS will be a long time coming:
Every lithium mine is now,and has been for many months,been re-visiting previously moth balled mines.
Each mine is requesting verification of samples.
The important ,larger lithium miners will have first call on services,Prem will have to wait and wait.
This will have severe knock on consequences for completion of DFS
The finances for the DFS have not been calculated,they have been guessed and grossly miscalculated.
The exercise will require much more funding,talks,talks and even more talks.
I am of the very strong opinion that George Roach does not know himself which way to take Zulu,he is out of his depth and in business terms a rabbit in the headlights.
There will be delays,there will be addition costs--it will get messy.

RHA-Tell Zim government that in return for 51% of RHA and $3million Prem will not pursue any further the book debt.
With 100% ownership you will be in a much stronger position to negotiate any JV .
Use the $3m to get RHA into production.

MNH--the ore price is on the floor,you have the cash from the placing--buy MNH
Purchase in this F/Y.

Zulu-- you will be well off your budget and the DFS will suffer swingeing delays.
Sell up to 20% of Zulu to complete DFS and fund work on EPO.
At DFS --sell Zulu--the project is too large for Prem.

Continue to search for other companies.
