Cosmonaut- to evaluate the complete risk package I would require access to company records, reports, etc.
Neither of us can truly evaluate the risk without having sufficient information to judge the risk.
Your assessment is no different from mine, you are basing your ideas on probabilities, estimations, and nonfactual information.
I take the view that a company such as Prem will pay people to undertake rigorous risk assessments covering all economic activity at Zulu and take remedial action to eliminate "RISK".
I do not see much worth in spending time debating what can only be described as superficial and unquantified risks.
Of course, I am not so nieve as to brush off risk, it is an element in everyday life and is such at any mining enterprise
I am very bullish for Prem and accept that this can be deemed rather optimistic by a set of investors however I strongly recommend that rather than devoting time to hypothetical risk investors should open their eyes to geopolitics, the catchup required by EU and USA supply /demand issues the anticipated surge in M&A during 2023 and beyond.
Look further into lithium usage, and go beyond EVs.
Yes, I take an optimistic one, one I am quite prepared to defend.
