What an interesting day.
Some of the rhetoric made me smile, it was not that many years ago that Zulu was deemed a lost cause by certain posters, and RHA was going to lead the way.
If you are an LTH you will remember, and remember well this time of year.
It was the season of the Circum dividend, the group will fill this BB with calculations of dividend payments thousands would be paid out, it was imminent.
Then in the new year, MNH was going to up output to 10t per month--oh what happy days.
I understand the same policy has been transferred to this telegraph group who, at last, have woken up to the potential of Zulu.
It's a funny world.

Snowking if you are happy for a 3rd party to disclose your finances on a bb then so be it.
Now plaese,take it from a very long term holder,your friend has called it wrong on several occasions and lost a lot of credability in doing so.
He was only invested for the Circum dividend and was going to sell up at 0.50.

Snowking--if I was in your shoes and someone came on the BB disclosing confidential financial information about my Prem holding and the profit attached I would have to take the lad aside and have a quiet word.
I consider this absolutely disgusting behavior.

steward1--Roach has professionals to assess the risks, identify the risk, and then take the appropriate action to minimize the problem. I expect that the company will have untaken risk assessments covering a multitude of scenarios and solutions in place.

2023 may see an economic meltdown, global recession, and ever-higher inflation.
Zimbabwe is having a General Election in 2023
Geopolitics is coming to the fore, and countries like USA & Canada are adopting trade restrictions.
We still have a war in Europe with consequences

steward1--with respect most of the points have been covered during the recent interviews with the CEO.

Why, with others, are you putting up fictitious barriers all the time? Could spend months discussing "what happens if..."

I am looking forward to Prem's activities during 2023.
IMO it's going to be a game changer and this will be reflected in a buoyant SP.
Will let others mither about this, that, and the other.
No identifiable red flags, and no unassessed risks.

steward1--both of us make plenty of assumptions, some may have merit others may not.
The CEO has made it clear that once the debt has been cleared he is looking at expanding Prem quickly, this includes increasing production levels at Zulu and targeting mine input.
Yes,we may give more to gain more--cannot see any problem with that .

steward1--so I now put you in the CEO position during the months leading up to the deal.
You have scanned many offers and rejected them, now you are left with Suzhou.
Would you have rejected the offer?
IMO CEO made the right move, yes a little tight but there is wiggle room.
By all accounts both parties are working well, CEO has heaped much praise on the relationship and as I understand it he is looking forward to increasing the joint commitments.

George indimated that if any buyout offer for Zulu was coming it would materize as Prem gets closer to production.
I agree that for such an event it would make sense for an RUS to be in the public domain by end of Feb/March 2023.
A DFS will be published.

Are you all suffering from festive hangovers? your comments are very negative.
I don't know how many times Mr. Rroach has to explain the RUS.DFS position, he must be sick to the back teeth of telling shareholders the modus operandi.
The answers to the questions you raise have been either published or recorded.
You will get your RUS before production and an enlarged and highly accurate DFS will be published.
I note the comments about CEO never achieving anything, I find this almost annoying, a junior exploration minor to bring a claim to production, fully financed, retaining 100% ownership having the support of one of the world's major lithium payers who have access to the dream market.
It is pointless looking backward, been a shareholder in Prem longer than most of you, and I lived the pain,I know what happened, why it happened and the fallout, please, no history lessons on past Prem
Looking at the current papers about lithium, all agree that junior miners will have a problem raising development capital, some authors go so far as to say that the lithium supply is being starved of investment at the lower levels, and the lithium will never reach the market. It is being published that the real winners for 2023 are the junior miner who can get to production and sell the product, this, in many eyes, is the 2023 challenge and why new supply will not be as abundant as the first thought.
