Fabrication, site design, and construction are underway and the projected commencement of commercial production is now scheduled for Quarter 1 of 2023. The pre-payment is expected to be fully offset against future shipments within twelve months at the prevailing SC6 pricing.

Work progresses well with the pilot plant installation and we remain on target for hot commissioning in Q1 of 2023. At the same time, recent forecasts suggesting extended shortages of Spodumene and prices projected at current levels through 2025, are both encouraging and supportive of the approach we have taken to target production early in 2023.

Mr. Roach stated in the Q & A that, to date, no offers had been forthcoming however he was confident that as Zulu approaches production knocks would be heard on the Prem door.
In the previous RNS's CEO anticipates "commercial production" before the end of Q1.

Great article, confirming what I have been promoting for many months, Zimbabwe is on the move and will be a player in the world lithium market.
It was interesting to note that when CEO was asked about further investment into Prem he agreed that it was a possibility however he was very adamant that further investment would have to benefit Zimbabwe via in-house value and gave examples. In a nutshell, the West can no longer raid Africa's mineral wealth.

You are correct, George did state that if there was any material delay in the construction of the pilot plant he would have to issue an RNS.
The second reference to the issue of an RNS was referring to an update on progress at the lithium project Li3.

The Pilot Plant

The pilot plant to be commissioned will utilise state of the art sensor-based ore sorting technologies that will facilitate the separation of run-of-mine material into components and in so doing, likely increase available capacity in the flotation recovery circuits, where lithium minerals are recovered. Ultimate production and recoveries are a factor of many variables, and the pilot plant is likely to assist in dealing with these variables due to the inherent flexibility of the use of multiple ore sorters. Stockpiles of tantalum, petalite, and Mica/lepidolite-rich material will facilitate further test work and flow sheet development to ensure that this material is truly inventory for later profitable recovery.

The pilot plant has a nameplate throughput of up to 190 tons per hour, however, it is planned to run at a more conservative 140 tons per hour at inception. At this rate and based on a 3-year life of the pilot plant operations only, excluding plant upgrades, tantalum recovery, petalite production, and any other revenue, a series of sensitivities indicate a robust project and an assurance that Premier will become cash generative from the time of the first shipment.

jaguarflush as well as being bullish about Zulu lithium and gold deposits both in Zimb and other jurisdictions I was pleased to hear Mr. Roach confirm that positive moves would be taken to commercialize the REE mining area.
We are awaiting the official RNS about Li3, very confident of good news.
As stated previously, looking for Prem to take an active role in Zimbabwe's target of becoming a major player in the world lithium market. Mr. Roach mentioned in the Q & A that further investment may come from other sources which would aid the expansion program, building further plants, and extending exploration in Zimbabwe, and other countries.
I was also pleased to hear about CEO's enthusiasm regarding potential at Circum, I would not object if Prem wished to increase their holding in Circum.

A bright and rewarding future awaits, and it starts very soon.

Well, I may be alone on this one, but I support Mr.Roach and the management team at Zulu.
I believe that the project will deliver prosperity to Prem shareholders as early as 2023 with greater goals also on the near horizon.
I look forward to hearing of further cooperation between Prem management, our Chinese investor, and Stark.
Zulu is a great learning curve for the company experience that can be called upon for new projects.

I note your disagreement however am surprised that the global reporting of confidence in the lithium price is ignored by you.
A 6% drop in price in such a short period has set off alarm bells across the globe with commentators reconfiguring pricing forecasts and reevaluating the demand-supply issue.
Such a move in sentiment has rocked the share price of countless lithium miners and you are experienced enough to know that if there is one thing the market dislikes it is uncertainty.
China has cooled down bullish commentary on forthcoming EV sales, countries are now actively looking at EVs as a source of revenue and many countries are reducing or have stopped cash subsidies on EV purchases.
IMO you have a perfect storm and its consequences have in part been fodder for the sellers of Prem shares.
Why did your buyer stop buying ??
Confidence and sentiment will return soon.
This is a blip in the power of global lithium markets, there has been an adjustment, a re-set.
The markets will return to the status quo and normality will return.
As for Prem the fundamentals remain, sells have been overdone and a rebound in SP may be witnessed as early as
