Yes I did think that by September Zulu would be in production,that Premier would be benefiting from a regular revenue stream, and signs that the company was accumulating cash hence the 2p prediction.

We all know what has happened,don't think anyone could foresee the FM situation.

As already stated any reasonable steps to get Zulu to commercial production will be acceptable [IMO]

Investors are fully aware of the situation.

Have a look at the SP this time next year and then judge if the shareholders have been shortchanged.

Premier has an outstanding future, look past all this transitional period.

I think most investors are well aware that there could be a period of volatility as Zulu moves toward commercial production.

Should George make a placing so be it, it may be necessary.

I don't think any medium/long-term investor has any issues with dilution, it is certainly not feared.

Premier and the Lender have today agreed to vary the Facility by increasing the size of the Facility from £1.7 million to £2 million and to waive any interest on a repayment by Premier of the Facility in cash ("Amended Facility"). Premier and the Lender have further agreed that Premier will make one request of a draw-down under the Amended Facility in the amount of £2 million."

Only one point, George has yet to sell any shares to release funds to Premier and according to Premier, it will not be on a "drip feed" system.

Premier will make the call resulting in Mr.Roach selling, in one transaction, sufficient shares to raise £2m.

I agree with your view that further funding will have to be considered.

Keep up the good work, like the balanced approach.

Unfortunately, I cannot see Zulu reaching sales of 4000 tonnes at the required grade in either September or October.

December at the earliest.

Whilst I agree that the SGM gave shareholders some excellent news we have yet to read the fine print.

May I suggest a reality check before all this talk of a surging SP

I can see some initial excitement on Monday and maybe Tuesday however the traders will gorge and in my view, the market will not ignore the fact that another 5b shares have been authorized.

Premier only has to make the call and CEO will dump sufficient shares to raise 2m

Such mitigating factors will contribute to a nervous market.

The market will be pleased that the disagreement with Canmax has been settled.

All I am putting across is don't be too disappointed if there is only limited "boom"

If you are waiting for substantial and sustained rises in SP then wait until Zulu can make regular sales at 4000 tonnes or above at a grade of sc 5.5/6.00.

I am pleased with the progress however there is still much work to do.
