If I recall correctly Mr. Roach informed shareholders that the original 1.7m was the maximum he could raise without breaching AIMS rules.

" Premier and the Lender have further agreed that Premier will make one request of a draw-down under the Amended Facility for £2 million."

As I understand it Mr.Roach has not been called upon to release any funds therefore I agree that the 2m remains available to Premier.

In the light of day, an extra 300,000 is not a lot of money.

There could be countless reasons for the addition.
