Has George Sold His Shares?

A lot of debate over the past few days about this one.

Having monitored the daily transactions I feel that if he has disposed of his shares he has not gone through the usual channels, moreover, has he sold them privately or has he not sold any?

Not convinced he has sold through the market.

Canmax Offtake Agreement.

In order for Canmax to retain a 50% off-take they must increase their shareholding.

Should Canmax decline to take any further shares the % of off-take will fall below 50%

I will be very pleased if Premier retains 50% off take, as mentioned by others this will allow the CEO to raise funds.

We can also adjust the plant to commercialize our other minerals.

A benefit of getting the disagreement sorted is that it does give a green light to 3rd parties to approach Prem about the future of Zulu.

I can envisage a party approaching Premier and saying that if Zulu can attain regular output over given months, interest would be lodged.

Any interested 3rd party can now examine the revised agreement and put together a buy-out strategy without any fear of legal involvement.

I have no control over how people see me.

I was expecting much more from the SGM.

Prem's business is not all roses, we still have no revenue, no production,no grades, the plant is idle,the CEO is paying the cost of keeping the lights on, and we have just issued another 5 b shares.

Yes, we have made progress, but for god's sake wake up and face reality.

Yes of course, I fear that upon inspection of the new deal shareholders and potential investors deem that Premier has given away too much,that Canmax has "ringfenced" Premier, and that George is no longer the master of Zulu's destiny.

IMO it will be a fine line.

Should the market give the deal a" thumbs down" then the SP may struggle.

We are both aware of the importance of sentiment and confidence.

Hoping all works out well however.......

Yes indeed.

I cannot see the plant being handed over any time soon,the new mill is not active until 2024.

Will require CEO's money and placement in this financial year.
