I have no details of the agreement, just putting my thoughts on the BB.

I do feel that George had the backing of the FM, a very useful tool and he has my admiration for the way he used it.

With the FM behind him, he was in a position of strength, Canmax could shout and scream very loud, but they could do nothing.

Have Canmax been treated fairly?

If I was negotiating for Canmax I would insist that the FM was removed.

I would agree that both parties need each other,however, I would tighten the conditions of any amended agreement.

Not saying the deal will be "bad" just wary of the cost to Premier.

Shall we just wait and see then we can make a judgment?

Asked for details of the leaked information which has apparently turned the group members into a frenzy.

Details that, when released will have a significant impact on the SP,a swingeing re-rate.

I agree that Mr.Roach did exceptionally well in buying Premier time and nullifying the termination notice by Canmax.

However, once the negotiations commenced I feel that the advantage returned to Canmax.

Just how much Canmax has pushed Premier we will just have to wait and see.

I feel that George went into the negotiations as an underdog and had to try for damage limitation.

We will soon find out.

When the ink has dried on the new, signed agreement I see no value in keeping the FM live.

IMO the FM will be lifted, its purpose is no longer necessary.

I agree that the question of when George makes his move is still in the equation.

Unfortunately, I must disagree about the surging SP, IMO the next RNS will detail how much it has cost Premier to get an agreement, I see Canmax as the ultimate winner.

Damage limitation.

It does depend on how the market interprets the deal.
