I note that in the RNS Premier is paying contractors in shares, this includes Stark who previously had made a big play about NOT holding any Premier shares, saying to hold would be unethical.

The simple reason is that the CEO had already "maxed out the credit card" and had insufficient shares to raise the funds.

CEO had also been telling shareholders that finances were OK.

This is one of the reasons I pushed so hard to get the vote passed, had the vote gone against the CEO the company would

not had access to immediate funding to keep lights on, hope you can follow the logic.

es of course there will be a bounce, the dropped SP is a gift.

However,within the market, there will remain the hesitation that a further placement[loan] will shortly follow.

The terms of the loan agreement basically states that CEO will be fully reimbursed,how many shares will be required to repay 1.7m plus costs.CEO will want his shares back well before .45.

We all know that ,say Q2 next year there should be some stability and a re-rate of SP,a serious re-rate.

George will have accumalated many more shares on the loan repayment,a canny move to increase your holding.
