I agree, cannot see commercial production occurring during this financial year.

There will be "settlement shares",CEO loan repayment, Canmax payment, and, IMO further funding will be required.

Premier does have sufficient shares to issue to get to production.

I think the Baines boy ought to join the Telegram Group,very little insight into the real workings of Prem.

I fear the rest of this year will be "nervous", yes We may get a good rise however there will always be the fear of the CEO and his placements.

It is good that the 4m has been dealt with but in the wings, we have the CEO loan repayment, the "settlement shares"And maybe one other call for working capital, all of which will disrupt the SP progress.

I would pick up on giving Premier the authority to raise 5b new shares, just imagine the mess the company would be in if CEO had no honey pot to dip into. It was" Hobson's Choice"

I agree that the CEO will not stop until he has maxed out the shares, the next will be the issue of covering directors' remuneration and bonuss

I am in favour of incentives,bonus's etc but must admit to getting a little cheesed off that it is the shareholders who,once again, will be footing the bill.

Once Premier is presented with contractors invoices he will come back to the market "Settlement Shares"

I think George made it very clear during a previous interview that the mill at RHA came under the responsibility of Stark and that costs would be settled by Stark.

He did add however that, at the SGM? he was concerned about the ability of Stark to meet costs.

Maybe Stark is feeling the pinch and Premier has had to step in.

Help me out here, as I understood it the costs of mill installation and all associated costs were the responsibility of Stark, so why is Premier, or should I say, why are shareholders now picking up the bill?
