The loan repayment will be made by the issue of new shares.

The loan is scheduled for repayment in February 2024. and not before.

I thought George would go earlier however with the new money I think he will wait.

As time progresses a construction firm is started, houses built, factories built, etc.

Mine construction time will be slashed.

The rewards from the EPO region will be enormous.

Once the spanners have been passed around, a few cans of WD40 are used and the head-scratching stops this company will flourish big time.

This year has been and will{imo] remain frustrating however I am comfortable that once Zulu is operational it will be very easy to "clone" the mine in different locations. One cannot put a price on the experience gained from putting Zulu into production,Premier will be able to draw upon this experience when the other mines are required.

In 5 years' time, I am expecting 4 maybe 5 mines in operation.

If it is running a little tight CEO can easily raise some more cash.

In terms of value, the amounts raised fall into insignificance when looking at the 2024 value of sales.

People seem to forget, Premier is sitting on a lot of spodumene one of the most sought-after commodities in today's world.

This time next year the company will boast a healthy cash account.
