I gave up trading some time ago, not sold a bean since just holding firm for another 5 years.

Todays RNS is good news in my books, takes away a few bumps from the road and adds a fair bit of working capital to the pot.

One or two points missed from your post, Premier has to repay the CEO loan, and shares will be issued to contractors.

IMO CEO has a lot of hard work to do to regain sentiment and confidence.

I think "the herd" is well-informed.

Nothing can be guaranteed; the industry is in its infancy, and there has been a boom in uptake.

The acid test will come after a few years of ownership, Will the general public buy into EVs again?

There has been a backlash against the rate the EV depreciation, and still problems regarding charging infrastructure.

The UK is years behind the curve on charging facilities.

The most recognized objections are from environmental groups who question the EV propaganda, particularly the energy to produce lithium batteries and the environmental impact at disposal.

Such issues are being taken off the back pages and gaining support.

So whilst I want my shares to make me money I am not blind to the wider concerns.

We got the vote passed which took a lot of pressure off Premier and allowed access to working capital

Getting the vote passed has extended the limit on the credit card.

Should you all have 5 minutes over the week-end scroll through the previous RNS's which mention funding for DFS.

It is quite extraordinary how many millions and over what duration the DFS has taken.

I am a reasonable man however there is only so much mismanagement one can tolerate.

Settle down a little, it was your hero Mr. Roach who got Premier into this bloody mess in the first place, had the guy "managed" Zulu" had he kept his finger on the pulse things would have been a lot better.

The guy deserves criticism and lots of it, the project has been mismanaged in many areas.

Put it like a rugby team, the team is good and has excellent prospects but the management is inadequate, This is how I look at Zulu.

Mr. Roach has spent many many millions of £'s, many many millions coming from shareholders, and we always end up putting more money into the company. In the years I have held the CEO has failed to put the ball between the posts.

My rally for shareholders to support the vote was for Premier as a company, not endorsement of Mr. Roach

I will continue to hold my shares as I believe the company will do good, it has the potential to do great with professional

management and a strengthened BOD.
