It will come as no surprise to inform you that my hat remains in the ring.

Whereas I accept that the company is, for many different reasons in a complete mess I do believe that the problems will be solved and Premier still has an independent future.

I do think an EGM will be called maybe this week and George will get the funds.

As we have acknowledged many times Canmax is the puppet master, should Canmax serve notice then red flags all around however should Canmax re-negotiate giving Prem an extension the ball remains in the park.

It is a very difficult period with everyone treading on eggshells.

I do not consider myself a mug punter, I will be buying in quantity should SP drop to 5/6/7 .

No one can really judge what will happen.

Last week there were some significant sales of Prem shares well above the normal daily/weekly.

I think your comments about future share prices confirm your lack of Prems predicament

I am expecting one last call for funds via an EGM.

Would like to see CEO call for 5/10million to enable Zulu to cross the line and clear all accumulating creditors.

The SP would tank, maybe down to 6/8 .

An offer for Zulu would not surprise me.

Prem has until the end of June to publish the year-end accounts.

It will be very interesting to read "Going Concern" comments. Last year the company stated that Zulu would be in full production resulting in cash inward meeting cash outward.

The company directors put together a cash flow forecast for the following 12 months, let's see what they say.

IMO the company will require extra funding well before the accounts are signed off.
