I want Prem finances sorted, I want liquidity within the company and creditors paid.

I can see no option other than an EGM asking for up to £10m.

With the company having access to funds and the Zulu overhaul near completion then, and only then can progress commence.

There will be no sustained re-rate until the financial aspect is sorted and the market can see a hint of viability at Zulu.

I expect a drop in SP following EGM,I shall buy more.

Following the fundraising I am expecting significant increases in SP.
