Yes an EGM does take time, two weeks will keep the meeting in June and provide the essential capital required by the company.

The accountants will be pleased to see liquidity.

I would like to see the company's cash flow projection to 30/06.

Forget all the agenda nonsense, whether Acker has sold or bought, and ignore all the references to the Telegram Group, Prem needs a large wedge of cash before it can complete the work at the plant and pay bills,

Still the same old Acker,just putting the facts on the BB as I see them.

Now to rectify the situation the CEO ,IMO,must call for an EGM to raise between 5/10 million to give the company extended time to reach nameplate,pay creditors and capital costs.

If I was asked today,purely on the available facts available if Premier looked like a goining concern I would have to say "NO"

I am concerned that the CEO is/will find it difficult to report "Going Concern" in the account's year ended 31/12/2023.

The directors usually prepare a cash flow forecast for the following 6 months, to 30/06/2024.

As others have alluded, the company is strapped for cash, has accumulated debts, and has no foreseeable source of revenue, difficult to describe the project as a going concern.
