Premier was not in any position to settle in cash, the company has no such reserves.

IMO the debt remains live.

This arrangement is only a part payment.

A disposal of 2billion to raise cash would have rocked the market.

I think you are wrong, my understanding is the Premier has transferred ownership of 2 billion shares to Zenith and did this on 18/08.

The crux matter is the voting rights surely the TR1 would show Premier Settlement Trust as holding the voting rights and further there would be no reason for the issue of TR!

Can we clear up a few points here?

When the 2 billion was issued it was HELD BY PREMIER IN A SETTLEMENT TRUST.

Zenith had no control over the funds, the shares were to be drip-fed into the market, and the net proceeds applied against the Zenith debt. Premier was the PAYMASTER.

I imagine that this arrangement did not suit Zenith, especially with the falling SP, Zenith wanted payment.

George's only option was to transfer the shares, giving the creditor control over disposal.

Zenith will now be in a position to sell shares as and when.

All that has happened is a transfer from"The Settlement" to the creditor.

What we don't know is the transfer value.

I assume that this 2 billion only represents a part payment of the debt and a section of the next 2 billion placing will be required.

It is important to note that George has not notified shareholders that the debt has been cleared.

Awaiting the next 2 billion placings may answer a few more questions.

Zenith will dump these shares ASAP.

Can we get back to reality, the amount of spodumene Zulu can let Canmax have is equivalent to a grain of sand on a beach.

Zulu is not paramount to the success of Canmax.
