I understand your post, however, with the hint of a buoyant SP George will place the other 2 billion shares and may have to call another EGM.

The company has allocated a further 4 .9 BILLION shares,0.9 billion allocated to contractors, 2 billion to Zennith and a further 2 billion awaiting distribution

I accept that some have already been processed, however, there are many more to hit the market, and a manipulated rise will open the door for disposal.

The jigsaw is not yet complete.

I did buy some at a cheaper price to trade on the China visit news.

Expecting a "flush" but IMO it will be short-lived.

IMO even with Canmax support the trajectory remains downwards.

Let me make it clear, the visit to Canmax was a necessity, it was a visit for survival.

Premier was not going to be in a position to settle with Canmax on ANY of the terms outlined in the original and amended agreements.

Should the visit be fruitful for the Premier then it is solely due to the wish of Canmax rather than anything CEO has offered.

Me neither, have no objection to Canmax increasing its stake in return for a lifeline amendment to the contract. If fact I see it as the only solution other than a 3rd party takeover.

IMO Zenith will dump shares ASAP, I still think the 2 billion shares allocated to them only represent a part settlement of debt.

The Canmax situation is different, there has to be a rethink if the parties are to continue working together. I don't think Canmax will move for a takeover, Canmax may increase its holding in Prem and help with cash flow.

Whichever way Canmax turns it will cost shareholders.

I am not dismissing takeover offers coming into Prem, it is an obvious target at the moment for larger more powerful players.

The game is still being played.
