Yes there are many ways to raise cash, however, you try raising cash when your business has no revenue stream, that your company has a track record of failing at each project, that your company owes millions in debt, and will default on an agreement early next year.

Raising cash is not so easy, it becomes very, very expensive.

I think you will find that there is more factual evidence behind my post than your naive childish comments.

You seem to be under the impression that Zennith is an investor with Prem, Prem paid part of a bill with shares that Zennith sells at every opportunity.

Prem needs more cash and soon.

The placing of the remaining 2 billion shares must be imminent, maybe next week.

The funds will be used to clear Zennith as far as possible.

It may not be possible to clear the total debt including the interest charges.

More money will be required to keep the lights on.

After careful consideration of those matters set out above, the Directors are of the opinion that the Group will be able to obtain adequate resources to enable it to undertake its planned activities for the period to 31 December 2025 either from production or from additional fund raising and have prepared these consolidated financial statements on the going concern basis.
