I don't know about a breakout but it is definitely looking it's turning into an uptrend.

It has held an up trend line and retested the recent highs. In fact it's pinged right off them. Good signs but not guarantees of anything.

they raised money and rather than use all of that precious money to improve their own, currently failing, company's prospects, they instead invest in other companies that in all likelihood will fail.

do you know why many people don't report fraud? it's because they spend a long time in denial about it. then they feel stupid that they let themselves be conned. well, losing in investments probably generates similar feelings.

They are giving your money away to another of their mate's companies.

Spread the money around and hope to high heaven that one of the investments pays off.

JB, noone is shorting down here. The risk reward wouldn't be enough.

All the shorters would be from 55 down to here. They have made massive profits. They had plenty of sellers in the form of the warrant holders.

Shorters and warrant holders all made huge gains unlike the investors.
