In all the comments about the situation between LLL and the Malian government, there is one important document that we do not have and it contains a lot of information, that is the "Convention d'établissement" between LLL and Mali Gov.

This document is not identical for every contract between Mali gov and a miner. This document contains all the rules that the state and the miner must adhere to. (Also does not always happen as agreed in the document). The exceptions are also listed here, such as exceptions for taxes, customs regime, employment, taxation, etc

This agreement is in principle publicly available, but apparently not all contracts have been made public. Neither by the companies nor by the Malian government.

Nobody is saying that the the new share ownership will put explorers or miners off. But all the rest in the new Mining Code maybe will.

Looks like it is a private company and so not a lot to find on them.

I found the link between this Malian Company and the investors link via the "CONVENTIONS D’ETABLESSEMENT" for mines in Mali.

On Page 33 there is an E-mail and if you take the correct part of this e-mail, you see the website from the signing party here.

Pg 37 of this document you'll find the location of their license near Faradiele (Kodal's license)

And than I compared the available info (Logo and some other things)

But not a lot to find about them.

License for Goulamina was original registered on the name of Timbuktu.

7 Feb 2022 the Malian Gov received a letter from the "Co-Gérant" of Timbuktu Ressources to ask to transfer the license from Timbuktu to Lithium du Mali SA (the Malian subsidiary from MALI Lithium BV, the Goulamina JV between LLL (FFX) and Ganfeng).

for Gold it can be Near 750Km² in total in Mali because Fatou was bought later in 2020 and has 300Km²

Lithium : 350Km² for Bougouni (Recherche/exploitation) and 200KM Bougouni West (Sold)

for the gold in Mali: If all licenses are still active: +/- 480Km² (this figure is from the Final results 2015-2016 but to have it correct, you'll need to consult the Malian Repository
