Looking at it another way... it is interesting to compare the current position to only 11 months ago. As of Dec 17, the share price was at 161p, showing AM's valuation at £386m. At that time its group cash position was c. £130m ( c. £65m at parent), thereby valuing the various subsidiaries at £256m at that time.
Since then its top three subsidiaries have made significant inroads into their respective markets and are much closer to commercialisation (Sept 18 report states "Confidence in near term (2019) commercialisation of Federated
Wireless, Spin Transfer and HawkEye360").
Yet the market is now valuing these and the other subsidiaries at £74m / c. 30% of their December 17 value, despite advancement and potential commercialisation of the top three in 2019
At current share price levels, the company is indeed MATERIALLY mis-priced!
