Problem with ZIOC is that they rarely report information within the timeline they predict. There was an up-date due in January.

This said, I believe no news is probably good news and when the RNS comes we'll be back in the high teens.

I for one am reasonably happy with this offer as I'm making more than 20% on my investment in the last couple of months. It could of course have been better.

Indonesia are 7 hours ahead of UK. Any thoughts on how that time difference will affect a possible bid tomorrow which needs to be made by 10am their time. Same time their trading hours open.)

There has been no formal offer yet and the indicative level put forward by Medco was rejected with no significant / adverse effect on the sp. So if no offer comes I think we will remain around the mid 40’s short term with good growth in the future. IMHO
With an offer, we are in for an immediate nice rise. I’m beginning to wish I had topped up further yesterday. May do Monday morning depending on the situation.

Do Medco need to report their position (offer or withdraw) to the market either way? Or can they just remain silent after until / after 5pm Monday and do nothing?

If they need to report their intentions then the fact they have not withdrawn is surely positive about a forthcoming offer?
