US markets reopen tomorrow so may see some reaction to some of the latest SFO news tomorrow pm. The price does seem to have found a stable level between 380 and 400 however, for the time being.

I agree with these sentiments. I believe there is more risk of short term downside than upside in this sp, which is why I sold. I am looking for 350’s, possibly 360’s buy in. No smoke without fire and more bad news will inevitably come which the shorters will capitalise on. I hope for those who are holding at current levels that I am wrong.

yes heading back up nicely. Back to the high 60's soon. Even then, undervalued.

Looking for a nice close on the week. Onwards and upwards. Wouldn't want too be out of this over the weekend in case of some news.

Morning. Was there a date at which you have to have held to take up the 15p offer? Have I missed that?
I also have a problem with Barclays Smart Investor in that they don’t take up all corporate actions. I lost out on a rights issue on Valirx @.75p and my holding value halved overnight without warning!

just read it should take place 20th Feb - rights issue @ 15p. Considering investing here but why buy above 15p?

don't they just need to dump in tiny volumes to drop the price?

I have sold c 75% of my holding this morning and am around even since the most recent drop.

Why? Because I too am weary with the shorters.

They have too much influence and I have no idea which way this is going near term.

I would rather keep my powder relatively dry and IF it does drop to the mid 350's, which it well could, I'll be back in, feeling a lot safer and not feeling the need to watch the price every 2 minutes.

How hard can the legal action claiming £400m hit the share - if successful? PFC's debt levels have already reduced by more than this in the last 12 months.

What realistically will the fine from the SFO be? If there is one.

How likely are other senior existing/ former members at PFC implicated? And even if they are, could it do much more damage?

Surely at these levels these factors are MORE than priced in.

We need some good results and news of a contract win or two, very soon.

on this board coz basically nobody has a clue what is going on. This could jump 5% either way.

Must admit I am tempted to jump in large at these prices.
