I’ll be holding all of them, including BT. Many sectors , especially those I have mentioned are due a huge rerating within 2 years.

430-440 is a reasonable target . Labour are setting a path to uk banks becoming global players again. This is a good move as once Barc and nwg return to the same level as pre 2008, they will be in a position to help and dictate the whole uk economy rerating , not just those who have propelled the index to 9000, and which are not global influencers

I bought at 135-185. Mostly 155p. Not buying any more, will sell up at 440p or hold for 20 years Divis

Snoopz there’s plenty things wrong with Mandy but I think a lot of your bullet points are assumptions not fact . And they are snobbery . You look worse than him for that long winded verbal diarrhoea .

Candid , you have some good basic opinions about how Bt should be run . They may not be the same as others opinion but you’re entitled to them. It’s like left and right politics, opposing views, everyone entitled to their own .

However I do feel Fleccy is right , and not in a sarcastic way. You really do post too often and say too much . You’re on this board all day every day.

Picking 5 , 10 , 15 , 20 year historical data is no guide to the future. It’s a different company now than it was before fttp roll out, before fttc roll out , and when copper was in and divis were 15p.

Going forward should be more like 2010-2015 than it is to 2015-2025. But who knows. The future is brighter than its recent past. Each persons average price paid is not linked to the future or to anyone else’s perspective on buy, hold or sell.

I agree with your points but not your bias. Just wait and sell at 350p and accept your losses at a new peak which will reflect the top of a new business reality!

The only mistake I made was not reinvesting my divi in September and January , but I did accumulate And double my holding in the 104-130s ranges . Also got my mum to buy £15k worth at 126 and reinvested her Divis . Holding tight now but doubt I will reinvest , I’ll put mine into other stocks to diversify
