So this is great. We’ve cleared the first question here with the DCB extension (and nice early). Now we can sit back and watch Wshp build nicely towards November confident that Wcap is funded accordingly. It’s all eyes on Wshp now to build out and land their concept in a huge marketplace. We can relax here now and enjoy watching the show.

Priority for the board did not mean priority for Hawk.

The extension was never in doubt, just the timing. Confidence is obviously high that Wshp are not “priced to go bust”, let’s see what the future brings, but it’s good buying now!😁

Is a term that refers to a state of stagnation, or becalming in the absence of any wind. It’s mostly keenly felt by sailors in or around the itcz. It takes patience but eventually they clear it and it’s plain sailing ahead.

Imo, just look elsewhere for now if it’s scary.

I just can’t get frothy about minute by minute, day by day SP movement when the first key date isn’t until May, and the second in November🤷🏻‍♂️.

News will come when they are ready to release it for either company, in the meantime I’ll stick to the plan.

Although if the Wshp SP is so low that the value held by Wcap doesn’t exceed the amount owed, I concede that could make for a tricky conversation with Hawk.

This SP will get lower still prior to May imo.

It really matters not on this day in Feb, it will in November though.

It’s low for sure, I’m prob gonna wait until closer to mid March now before I start buying more. The wshp price right now will only serve to solidify what I’m thinking re the timeframe on the DCB extension. To be clear, I still think they’ll likely extend for 6 months, I just don’t think Hawk will be in a rush.

I think the difference on this board between the nervous and the calm is the difference between the trader and investor. Talking of “recouping losses”, losses that are self inflicted given an extremely short term view just doesn’t compute to me I’m afraid.

It is extremely unlikely that Wcap will announce a DCB extension next week, or the week after etc. The smart money is on May (happy to be wrong).

Wshp, the SP doesn’t matter right now, except the fact that it will probably keep delaying the Wcap finance resolution right to the deadline. Where it matters is November by which time I hope all investors here are sitting on a healthy stack.

Regarding the board, I don’t agree with you at all I’m afraid, I’d rather them get on with what they are building rather than take time out to settle the fragile nerves of a few retail investors. It think it is an unreasonable expectation to expect fireworks right from the get go with a new concept entering such a huge market. You talk about people using cashback sites rather than this, that’s not comparing apples with apples. Sure if you want cashback go there, if you like this concept, buy here, there’s something for everyone and this will appeal in my opinion. The 12 month share sell freeze…well if people don’t read the info at the start, it’s their own daft fault!

Are you acting daft Vet, or is that a genuine question? Because I cannot believe you or anyone would interpret what I’ve written as a 45% drop in Wshp would occur on 20th Feb!🤦🏻‍♂️🤣

Seriously, some people need to have a word with themselves. Wshp is a brand new listed company that is still building its books in a huge market! As I’ve said all along these ridiculous rumour fuelled pumps on a new company who’s shares are predominantly held by retail are really F’ing unhelpful as (has been shown by the last half a dozen posts) it gets emotional when the SP plummets when the rumour ends up being bo11ocks and some are heartbroken again.

The BOD are working away doing what they need to do, if you can’t hold, don’t have patience, or have gone too deep and are uncomfortable then go, but don’t mope about talking rubbish on here.

Wcap, well this will open down again on Monday, that much is plainly obvious. It doesn’t matter though as we know the timeframe on that one.

Relax, enjoy the weekend, all will be well in time I’m sure. This was never going to be a quick win (or whatever those types call it).

This is unfortunately what happens when unrealistic SP movements occur with no news or a nonsense rumour. It creates a lack of credibility and investor confidence. Wshp needs time to grow, and Wcap needs until end of May. Without an RNS, any so called “news” is garbage.
