Why would people sell now?

Is this behaving as you would expect if it’s such a sure bet? Bizarre SP action today for a supposed game changer don’t you think?

Yep, numbers are good, but we aren’t going to get any just yet as there are none to give (see my previous post). There’s actually quite a decent amount of time here, just over 11 months, for WSHP to be churning out numbers in respect of WCAP’s obligation to Hawk. Let’s not forget the Hawk are also invested directly in WSHP, and part of WCAP’s investment in WSHP is through CSIL.

This is actually a really straightforward one to understand, it’s not for the impatient as nothing’s going to happen quickly, but the potential returns from WCAPs investment in WSHP are immense if it goes well over the next year.

From the WSHP Investor presentation last month we learned that they haven’t really released in the US to consumers yet and the bod stated openly that they have no interest in revenue generation there at the present time, they are still building things out, the current SP is irrelevant. Until they launch, then all we will get is forward looking statements because there’s nothing else to tell.

@36800, you’re not quite right in what you have posted.

Nothing is due in November, the DCB was extended to 24 May 2027. The amount you quote is not right, it’s now £7,965,000 that’s due then. The significance of 15th November that it signals the end of the lock in period post Nasdaq listing.

Hawk Investment will be issued with 20m WeCap warrants by the Company that it will be entitled to exercise at a price of £0.015 per Ordinary Share ("Warrants") and such Warrants may be exercised up to and including 18 February 2031 ("Subscription Period"); and

The Warrants may be exercised at any time during the Subscription Period however the WeCap shares (the subject of the Warrants) shall not be sold by Hawk Investment until the WeShop lock in period ends on 15 November 2026.

So ultimately as many have said, this is about patience, knowing key dates, and yes, WSHP finding its feet in the next 11 months or so.

And the thing is Steve, it’s no bad thing shorters have Wshp right now, as for us in Wcap it’s a waiting game at the moment regardless.

We know some of the reason why the WSHP SP is where it is….knowledge is no bad thing.

Plenty of opportunity here if you understand the timeframes involved. For WCAP, between Nov’26 and May’27 they need the WSHP SP to be $9-$10 or more….those are the knowns.

The unknowns are things like further extensions from Hawk etc but that’s a ways off.

This really is about as simple as it gets, it’s mostly down to your appetite for investment timeframes.

It’s worth remembering, this is not and never was a short term investment. I will admit I wasn’t expecting to see the DCB extended by this point, I thought, and wrote, “end of May”. I was wrong, it was extended early, that was the first uncertainty removed. Now, in terms of Wcap, Mid-November becomes the next time period of interest, however, given the DCB was until May ‘27, it’s not that critical anymore.

For me, it’s continued slow accumulation, it serves 2 purposes, lowering the average and building a sizeable holding. I’m very bullish on this.

For me now Wall23, I’m pleased all the early babble about what might happen at various points early in the listing is over, and now this is one to settle down with, pick up shares now and then, and watch the run in towards November. Even if just picking up a handful month by month, the ability to average down here now is huge.

Everyone has tried to explain to you that it doesn’t matter a bit what the SP is doing, or does right now, and the fact it’s swinging all about the place is testament to that, the bod even alluded to the same in their statement regarding where their focus lies.

…..You will not get rich quick off this, learn how to build a position over time……

Learn that, absorb it, or take yourself elsewhere, you’re boring now tbh.

They didn’t give a launch date as they don’t have one yet, simples. It’s nice to see that they aren’t getting pushed into anything when they aren’t ready, and they are focussing on a 1-3 year timeframe so allowing themselves plenty of time. It was a zero stress report, they seem very relaxed, and just doing their thing.

Lol, this is exactly what is caused by unrealistic expectations and a knee jerk reaction. WSHP down 10% (reasonable given some would’ve bought in without any knowledge, just incase of a rise), WCAP down 25%🤣🤣.

I’m glad the timeframes are set now, they’re not rushing that much is clear…good….get it right rather than quick and wrong.

This’ll get rid of those who can’t, or don’t want to wait.

It’ll be interesting to see what info they give out. I’m not expecting a forensic week by week unveiling, but hopefully a glimpse into what they plan for the medium-longer term.

Because TB, the US is not the UK in any sense. It’s a different culture and a much different size for staters. I for one am glad they are not rolling out something half baked to please a few impatient share holders, this isn’t the pink sheets, it’s Nasdaq, 5 months is nothing!

TB, you are about the only one expecting this mystical pump today. It’s information tomorrow that will mean something, the direction, the plan.
